**Terms and Conditions for Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba**
- The Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba is issued to allow access to the special benefits and services provided at the following ski resorts:
- Happo-One Ski Resort
- Iwatake Snow Resort
- HAKUBA 47 & Goryu
- White Resort Hakuba Sanosaka
- Unless otherwise stated, the benefits and services of the Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba are valid from Friday, December 27, 2024, to Friday, February 28, 2025 (Japan time).
- The number of Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba special offers sold per day during the promotion period is limited to 30 per ski resort. The sales will end once all passes are sold out.
- You must pay with a Visa Card issued outside of Japan to receive your benefits and services of Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba.
- To avail of the benefits, payment must be made with a Visa card. The cardholder's name must match the name on your passport. Guests accompanying eligible Visa cardholders may also enjoy the benefits.
- The benefits and services listed cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- The Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba covers the following benefits:
- A 1-day lift ticket for designated ski resorts
- Priority boarding on designated gondolas and lifts
- Access to exclusive lounge spaces
- A special lunch box (redeemable with a coupon)
- First Tracks skiing services (availability varies by ski resort)
- 10% discount on rental gear

- The Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba is valid only on the date of redemption for benefit tickets at designated ticket counters.
- Redemption counters vary by ski resort. Please check the official Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba website for details.
- Some courses or events at ski resorts may be excluded from the benefits.
- Once redeemed, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued.
- Upon redemption, you will receive a color-coded wristband included in the Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba leaflet. Attach the wristband to your jacket or wrist for visibility. Present it to staff for priority boarding on gondolas and lifts or exclusive lounge access.
- Lost or stolen wristbands cannot be reissued.
- Unauthorized use of wristbands will result in the cancellation of all benefits without refund.
- The one-day lift ticket becomes valid upon passing through the gondola lift gate at the ski resort.
- Please comply with the terms and conditions of the designated ski resort. The ski resort is not liable for any incidents or accidents that occur on its premises.
- No refunds or cancellations will be granted if operations are disrupted due to weather or other reasons after the resort opens.
- Failure to comply with the ski resort's terms and conditions or unauthorized use of tickets will result in ticket cancellation without refund.
- Priority boarding on gondolas and lifts is available only at designated facilities.
- Eligible gondolas and lifts will be listed in the leaflet provided during ticket redemption.
- Follow ski resort signage and the guidance of staff for priority boarding.
- Delays may occur due to operational issues despite priority boarding service.
- Please avoid cutting lines or disturbing other guests by complying with the terms and conditions of the ski resort.
- Failure to comply with the ski resort's terms and conditions or unauthorized use of tickets will result in ticket cancellation without refund.
- Access to exclusive lounges is limited to designated spaces by ski resort.
- Exclusive lounge locations will be indicated in the leaflet provided during ticket redemption.
- Follow ski resort signage and the guidance of staff when using exclusive lounges.
- Failure to comply with the ski resort's terms and conditions or unauthorized use of tickets will result in ticket cancellation without refund.
- The special lunch boxes are provided at exclusive lounges upon coupon redemption.
- While every effort is made to ensure the quality, safety and allergy-friendly nature of the special lunch boxes, the provider or Visa is not responsible for individual health conditions, allergies, or adverse reactions.

- Complete allergen elimination cannot be guaranteed.
- Allergy-friendly meals are not available.
- Special lunch box contents may change without prior notice. In addition, the provision of the special lunch box may be delayed or canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
- The first Tracks skiing is available on specific dates at each ski resort.
- Availability depends on ski resort-specific conditions and weather.
- No refunds or cancellations will be granted for unavailability due to operational issues or weather conditions.

- The 10% Discount on Rental Gear
- The 10% discount on rental gear is available at the designated rental shops for each ski resort.
- Please comply with the terms and conditions of the designated rental shop when using rental gear. The rental shop or Visa is not liable for any issues or accidents related to the use of rental gear.
- This discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers.
- Priority Parking to Designated Parking Areas
- Priority parking is available at the designated parking spaces for each ski resort.
- Please comply with the terms and conditions of the ski resort’s parking area when using the parking facilities. The parking area or Visa is not liable for any issues or accidents occurring within the parking area.
- Parking spaces will be provided for one car per Visa Card Member who purchases this benefit and service.
- Failure to comply with the parking area’s terms and conditions, unauthorized use of the parking area, or failure to follow the instructions of the parking staffs, all benefit tickets will result in ticket cancellation without refund.
- The details of priority parking may change without prior notice. In addition, the provision of priority parking may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
- Cancellations are permitted only if the benefit tickets have not yet been redeemed and must be requested at least seven days before the specified usage date. After that date, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted for any reason.
- To cancel, please contact us using the contact details listed on the Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba website or customer service by email.
- Once the cancellation procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, so please keep it safe.
- If the cancellation procedure is completed within the cancellation period, we will refund 80% of the purchase price.
- Refunds will be made via your original method of payment and may take up to a month to process.
- Cancellations are allowed if the ski resort you choose cancels all operations for the specified date due to bad weather, operational reasons, etc. In this case, please contact the contact information listed on the Visa’s PREMIUM BLACK PASS at Hakuba website or customer service by email.
- However, cancellations will not be accepted if only part of the ski resort is open, or if the resort is closed due to bad weather or operational reasons after opening.

- The resale or transfer of benefit tickets is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use will result in ticket cancellation without refund.
